So, what do you want to give to your spouse this Yuletide Season? If you are searching for something that will make a woman happy especially when she has the problems of bacterial vaginosis, would you rather find the best of all bacterial vaginosis cures and help her finally get rid of bacterial vaginosis for good rather than buy her the usual gift items? If you know some woman with BV, be it your mother, your wife, sister or maybe even you, then, you came to the right spot for here, you will finally find the best answer for this health problem that has plagued lots of women and can’t seem to find some remedy for it but now it is finally revealed through this article. Know more about BV, the symptoms, the causes and then, choose the best remedy for it.

According to many sources of health information and specialists, BV or bacterial vaginosis is a change in the normal bacteria of the vagina. However, the exact cause of BV is unknown. There are many bacteria that live in a normal vagina but when they grow in too much amounts and there is not enough good bacteria, only bad ones, and that can bring about BV. Most women with BV have no symptoms at all. Sometimes a woman has more vaginal discharge than usual. The discharge might be milky with fish-like smell. The odor can be worse after and/or during sexual activities. Other symptoms women may experience include itching or burning in or near the vagina. You may say that BV is the same as thrush or yeast infection but if this is left untreated, some reports say it can cause PID or pelvic inflammatory disease. It might even be a cause of eptopic pregnancy which can be very dire for both mother and infant.

Actually, there are many kinds of drugs that can help a woman with bacterial vaginosis. One of the most common types of drug used is Zidoval. Zidoval vaginal gel contains the active ingredient metronidazole, which is a type of drugs called an antibiotic. Metronidazole is used to treat infections caused by bacteria and other micro-organisms called protozoa. Metronidazole works by entering bacterial and protozoal cells and interfering with their genetic material (DNA). It damages the DNA and also prevents the bacteria and protozoa from forming new DNA. This ultimately results in metronidazole, killing the micro-organisms, which clears up the infection. Metronidazole kills a wide variety of bacteria that are known collectively as anaerobic bacteria. This means that they do not need oxygen to grow and multiply. Metronidazole gel is inserted into the vagina using an applicator to treat an infection like this bacterial vaginosis. However, if you are aware of the dangerous side-effects of medicine, then, maybe it’s just right that you look for a natural bacterial vaginosis treatment.

Always bear in mind, drugs can help get rid of the pains, the symptoms and causes of any ailment but only in temporary basis. Although some can totally treat you of whatever disease you may have, it can’t be denied that there are many problems that drugs can bring and doctors are very much aware of that. That’s why, they would first conduct some tests and figure out if the drug they are about to prescribed to you is harmless. They will ask if you have some history of allergies, if you are hypertensive and things like that before they will let you on a drug feisty feast. Also, keep in mind that drugs don’t get down to the root cause of the predicament. So, what’s the best answer that can holistically help you get rid of bacterial vaginosis? Why not try to look for the best of all bacterial vaginosis natural cures right now and finally get rid of BV for good starting this Christmas and be bacterial vaginosis-free for years to come?

How Pasadena Churches Can Take Advantage Of Rough Economic Times

123

Most people agree that we are going through some of the most difficult times our nation has faced in decades. Through these rough times we are faced with many different issues that arise. In most cases, one event or reality affects another. We are forced to make decisions and do the best with what we have been given.

The current financial situation provides a good opportunity for Pasadena Churches, religious organizations, private institutions, or faith based organizations. Because most of these groups are often times in a struggle with financial resources, these times provide great opportunity for them to establish better placement and network with local businesses.

After driving down Colorado Blvd, which is one of the main streets in Pasadena California, I began noticing all the vacant store fronts that had been abandoned. Over the past weeks I’ve noticed more and more of these empty buildings. The reality is that many businesses are having a difficult time making ends meet in today’s economy. It can be a struggle just to keep the doors open.

Our religious organization decided to act upon this. We had been meeting in the backyard of someone’s house. Because we only gather once a week, we decided to make the move to a better location near Colorado Blvd. We went from business to business, trying to find an owner that would partner with us and allow us to rent out the space on the weekend.

As it turns out, we found someone that was delighted to have us rent their space on the weekend. In fact, her business had been down and our group wanted to meet at a time when her business was closed. We are both helping out each other and working together for the better of each group.

Commercial Real Estate
The idea of partnering is one option. But an even better option exists if the non profit has enough money to support it. It is a long term idea and it can be considered more of an investment. Since the supply of lease availability is high and the demand is low, religious organizations or non profits can get into long term leases at a highly discounted rate. It is often times in the best interest of the owner to get them leased out even if the price is lower than it was a year ago. It is a great time for Pasadena Churches to capitalize on Pasadena Real Estate.

A Personal Improvement Lesson: Why Average People Remain Average

123
Posted by admin November 13, 2008
Categories: Self Help and Motivational

If you do what you’re expected to do, don’t expect an outstanding result, my friend.

Study successful people and you’ll sure to discover one thing that many of them would have in common… they live by that words of “always do more than what is expected of you.”

I don’t care. It could be sleeping an hour less everyday to have more time to build your wealth or whatsoever.

Whether you are mowing people’s lawn or someone is mowing your lawn, when you are teaching a seminar or being a participant, or when sharing your knowledge or giving advice to your people, always do or give more than what people expect. Then they will flock around you, they will line up to meet you and be happy to support you in whatever thing that you want to do next.

If you’re training to be a champion, don’t just train like an average player. Train more than you’re expected to train.

If you’re building a multi-level marketing business, increase the numbers of prospects you would like to meet everyday. If it used to be 10, now you would have at least 12. By just increasing your effort 20%, you’ll end up with 60 new prospects a month. Now, that’s what I called exponential.

Trying to win a girl’s heart? I’m not surprise that you could be “competing” with three other guys for the same girl. And you can only win if you’re giving more than all of them if everyone’s equal. I’m not saying giving more money or buying stuff’ give love, time or whatever that counts to her.

Whenever you are interacting with people or in a relationship, treat the other party extremely well.

Whatever is expected of you in that relationship, be it with your girlfriend or business partner or client, your spouse or your friend, always do or give more than what is expected of you in that relationship for that is the secret of making it a success.

It is not that you have to do or give a whole lot more; you have to do just a little bit more than the rest. That’s it. The 10mm-difference is what Anthony Robbins calls it for you to become outstanding… in any undertaking.

To do this, it’s not difficult. But most people are just too lazy to put in the effort. I’m one of them but I’ll always keep reminding myself this- winner takes all. There is no second place, my friend. I would rather strive with the extra effort to get #1 because the pay off is many times greater.

Do you remember who the second best basketball player is? Nope. You can remember Michael Jordan because he’s #1. In fact, as far as I know, there’s no such place as ‘the second best basketball player’.

Who’s the second fastest runner in the world? Who knows. I just know the #1.

Others have called this ‘more than expected attitude’ as ‘going for the extra mile’. Notice that they don’t say the extra 10 miles.

How come?

Because the average persons don’t bother to do more than what is expected of them. I know it’s sad but that’s the truth.

To most people, “always do more than what is expected of you” are mere words and they don’t put substance to it because people are greedy and they just want to do the bare minimum to make money, to make a profit or whatever.

And guess what… successful people are never your average people.

To be generous and to treat others extremely well, you must come from the perspective of abundance thinking. Then only “always doing more than what is expected of you” will come easy and naturally.

So the next time you are with somebody, or in a business negotiation, or just interacting with another person, ask how can I help you… without even expecting any return.

As the other saying goes, commonly heard in personal improvement — you have to give, in order to get. In fact, if you want to gather riches you have to be as generous as you can. Touch people’s lives profoundly, in ways that they would never forget. Give it forward… help another and that person will help another. Always do more than what is expected of you. Do this and the reward will come to you 10 folds or 100 folds when you are least expecting it.

Do you think you can do more than what you’re doing today? Of course you can. The question is… DO YOU WANT OR NOT? You’ll have to decide for your own future on that.

Get Motivated To Get In Shape And Lose Weight

123
Posted by admin November 12, 2008
Categories: Self Help and Motivational

The problem with losing weight is typically motivation. People are happy just sitting back on the couch and watching TV. How many times have you seen people stop their vehicle in front of the mailbox to get the mail through the window. Why not drive in and park have a walk back to the mailbox instead. It all adds up. No, walking down your driveway will not get you in shape unless you live five miles from the main road. But you have to get motivated to shape up and it can start with the little things. Visit Keynote Speaker for more information

So how do you get motivated? Well, put a photo up of your goal on the bathroom mirror. Remind yourself every day why you need to workout, get in shape and eat properly. There is no reason for you to be overweight unless you just choose to be.

You can learn how to lose weight by listening to motivational CDs or even watching DVDs. One way to stay motivated is to go to a gym. They have exercise classes that will help you get fit. You will begin meeting people who have the same goals which will help you stay motivated. They will make you accountable for participating. Ideally the motivation to exercise should come from within. You should want to be in shape and not be overweight. You just have to want to do it.

The motivation to slim up should be simply to live a healthy life. No, it is not particularly easy or fun, especially if you are not accustomed to doing it. But are you going to be accustomed to having a heart attack? A Stroke? Diabetes? The health benefits of getting fit and losing weight far outweigh the inconvenience. Visit Keynote Speaker for more information

75% of Americans disagree though. They have no problem with being overweight. The medical community now believe that modern medicine has made it possible to stay alive longer and be obese. It makes people relax about losing the weight.

Why would someone want to be overweight and unfit? You can hear the overweight and out of shape coming a mile away. The huffing and puffing as they make their way down the hallway at work or climbing a set of stairs. They cannot move comfortably toting all that weight around. That alone should be motivation enough to get in shape and lose weight.

Get motivated and reduce your fat. Your life will be much better. Visit Keynote Speaker

Try These Three Things To Improve Your Memory

123
Posted by admin November 10, 2008
Categories: Self Help and Motivational

Be More Organized

One of the most tedious but most effective ways to improve memory skills is to get a handle on life. Whether it’s your mail that’s in shambles, your sock drawer a mess or your contacts all messed up, you can improve memory by remembering names, numbers, important dates – and of course where you left your keys if you are more organized.

Give everything a home. If you want to improve memory where it comes to your belongings, designate a place for everything. It may sound hard at first, but once you have a system in place, it becomes a way of life and you wonder who you ever lived without it. Make duplicate keys in times of emergency and for all other times, designate a key holder near your front door so you can grab –and put back- the keys in the right place every time. Once you are used to doing this, this will be one less area you have to improve memory.

If you need to improve memory to remember that name as far as paying bills and replying to correspondence is concerned, get a mailing sorting system so as soon as you bring in the mail, you can recycle, shred, file or ‘do’ as soon as possible. If you only have a few things in your ‘do’ or ‘action’ folder, you will not need to rely on improving your memory tactics to remember when the gas bill is due.

Try Memory Games

Whether its picture puzzles in books or simple objects in a tray, you can improve memory by practicing remembering what you see. Take a tray and ask someone to put ten different things in it. Study it for 30 seconds and then write down what you saw. Practice until you get a 100 per cent score. If you neither have the time nor the patience for such games for remembering names, pick up a magazine and then after looking at a picture, try to remember all the details you saw. How many people were there in the picture? What kind of shoes was the woman wearing? Was the car blue or black?

Memorize Things

If you are spiritually inclined, memorize favorite parts of your book of faith otherwise try more secular things like all the US states alphabetical, the wives of King Henry VIII, the films starring Al Pacino or any other thing which catches your fancy like lyrics to a song that you like. Anything that keeps your brain on memorizing mode can do wonders for improving memory

Your Chance to Find Out Useful Info - Meditation Training Basics

123
Posted by admin November 07, 2008
Categories: Self Help and Motivational

This is a basic start and may seem boring to some but it is a necessary start.

Ok, well we will start with the most important lesson of all PROTECTION. But to properly learn protection we must learn how to breath.

For those who have some knowledge I want you to forget what you have learnt as this is possibly disinformation used to enslave your souls.

Lesson 1

The breath,

Lets start with a little intro. The tarot deck starts with the Fool, the rest of the cards symbolise his journey through to enlightenment.

The Fool is often holding a flute and this symbolises the mastery of the breath. This is the first lesson to achieve enlightenment.

Technique 1:

Inhale slowly through your nose, visualise and imagine energy being drawn in to your base chakra (the bottom of your spine, the tail ) and with this inhale, draw up that energy through the 7 chakra’s to the crown charka illuminating each one. (just imagine this, in time you will be able to see without having to imagine it) Do not worry about the colours you can just use each chakra as the colour of the sun as this is purifying and empowering the charka unblocking any negativity.

Where the chakra’s are on the human body? From the bottom up is, the base chakra, reproductive area, the stomach, the heart, the throat, the 3rd eye and then the crown chakra.

2. Hold for a count of four for new people, a count of ten and for advanced meditators. This should be the same count throughout the meditation.

3. Exhale slowly through your nose and visualize and focus upon energy being drawn into your crown chakra and with the exhale, direct this energy back down through all of your chakras to the base, illuminating each one.

Technique 2

THE BREATH OF FIRE, known as “Kapalabhati” (purification of the nasal passage and lungs)

1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale (don’t hold your breath), by sucking your stomach in real hard and fast. Immediately relax and air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic.

2. Practice a few times, and get a feel for it.

3. Do 20 in a row, in and out, using your abdominal muscles in rapid succession at the end of the 20th breath, exhale, inhale and fill your lungs, contract your anus, lower your chin to your chest, hold your breath as long as you comfortably can - DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF!

4. Exhale slowly.

The above constitutes one round. The exhalation should be brief, and the inhalation should be passive and longer. Rounds are increased by adding the number of pumps with your abdominal muscles. First, try doing three sets of 20 pumps and then after some time, increase to 30, then 40 until you are doing 60.

What this breathing exercise does:

1. It increases the amount of oxygen in the body

2. It increases the amount of heat - alchemists in the Gothic and medieval times were referred to as “puffers” and the bellows by the fireplace in alchemy paintings was symbolic of this exercise.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

I now need to brief you up on aura’s for the next part of the training so I will explain the aura in layman terms then get onto the exercises for protection.

Everything has an aura, whether it is living or inanimate. The aura is an energy field created by the vibrating atoms and molecules that comprise all matter. The universe itself vibrates to a certain frequency and the gravity that holds everything together is electromagnetic in nature. Everyone’s aura is as unique as his or her own fingerprints. No two auras are alike. The aura can be used to protect, attract, influence, maim, or even kill. This field of bioelectricity surrounding living things can be programmed using the power of one’s mind.

Those who are trained and have an active third eye can see auras clearly and discern much personal information just by reading the colour, strength, size and shape of one’s aura. I will teach you to see and read aura’s later.

To strengthen and build your aura, you must take in energy. This can be done through power meditation. The Energy Meditation is excellent for charging up your aura.

Hatha (physical) Yoga and Tai Chi also help to strengthen and build the aura. Both of these disciplines tend to balance the auric energies as well.

Cleaning your aura is very important. A clean healthy aura strengthens the immune system and prevents harmful energies from invading one’s body. Nearly all harmful entities are invisible to the naked eye. Energies, as most physicists know, can be broken down into sub-atomic particles, for example, light can be broken down into photons. The energy radiated by a powerful aura will burn these harmful energies and entities up before they can do any harm. A powerful aura gives health, happiness, charisma, and energy. People with weak auras are usually in poor health and are depressed. Our personal energies act on our environments and direct our fate. People who have weak auras are usually prone to misfortune.

Lesson 2

Programming ones aura.

Start by shutting your eyes and breath in the colour of the sun. (If you have trouble imagining the colour of the sun please use electric blue instead)

With the inhale breathe let the colour meet in the middle of your body, packing it in brighter and brighter. With the exhale, keep expanding it. The energy should grow brighter and brighter.

Affirm: My aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times. Always affirm as ‘in the now’. Eg: do not say ‘my aura will be’ as that is not in the now and all you are asking is that you will be… but when. Its all about the now.

This a good exercise to be done on a regular basis, for building a strong, protective energy field.

For health,

A lot of energy is needed for healing. Breathing in energy from the Sun is excellent for empowering one’s aura. The Sun also contains all of the colours of the chakra’s in their most pure and vibrant states. The Sun is one of the most powerful sources of energy there is. When one is ill, there is an imbalance in the chakras ruling over the body part/s that are injured or ill. To heal, you must work breath in the colour of the sun into the appropriate chakra.

Breathe in the colour of the sun into the ruling charka (if the problem is lungs the closest charka would be the heart) and affirm:

”I am breathing in __(name of color)__ energy that is balancing my __chakra__ and healing my_______.

Do this 4 times.

The auras of others can also be worked with and programmed.

Healing others:

Visualize a powerful white-gold (colour of the sun) aura surrounding and glowing about the loved one.

Affirm: I am putting powerful healing energy into ______’s aura; this energy is effectively fighting the _______ and restoring him/her to perfect health. In cases of serious illness, this may have to be done often every day. Healing others can be extremely draining. If you are inexperienced, remote healing is best.

From reading the above, you should by now be getting the idea and able to improvise your own affirmations.

The true colours you can use for protection are ONLY THESE.

1: Electric blue

2: The colour of the sun.

Please only use these colours for protection, You may have heard of use a bright white light, this was invented by the enemy to pinpoint people and steal energy. Do NOT use white.

I know this may sound incredibly boring for some but we have to start from the beginning. What I have just written is very basic so everyone from all levels can start. We will be getting to some very exciting training later on. This will include, Levitation, Telekinesis, Mind reading, becoming clairvoyant/audient to name but a few.

Do these excises at least twice a day.

Get Now the Best Road Map to Understanding Inspiration

Your 10 Steps to Take You From Perspiration to Inspiration

Are you running on life’s treadmill with the speed setting turned up a little too high? Does everything feel like a struggle? Why not use inspiration to create energy that propels you up and over life’s inevitable speed bumps?

1. Be grateful: Create a list of the “50 Things I Am Grateful For Today.” Take a minute each morning to mentally express your gratitude for at least 5 things whether it’s the air you breathe, the clothes on your back, or those closest to you.

2. Celebrate and list every success: How would you like to have a boss who only ranted about what you did wrong or what you failed to achieve, never giving you credit for the wins? Take a look in the mirror and make sure you aren’t abusing yourself like a boss from hell. Keep a running list of your successes for the year and post it near your computer or nightstand.

3. Learn from your setbacks: Failure happens. Accept failure as something good, as proof that you are taking risks and stretching yourself. However, in addition to accepting the losses, you must go back and, like an unbiased scientist, ask yourself what went wrong. What will you do differently in the future? Mistakes are only truly valuable if you learn from them. Even if your home is a problem - this is just a ride, as Bill Hicks used to say.

4. Fill your glass: Forget the debate over whether the glass is half empty or half full! Why not take a pitcher and fill it up? Tackle every situation with the perspective that you can affect the outcome. Acknowledge that you have the power to choose.

5. Look for role models: Who inspires you? Is there someone who walked in your shoes and faced similar battles? Maybe even someone who went on to become a superstar in his or her own life? Identify her but don’t put her up on a pedestal. Remember that she is a person just like you, who overcame the odds, or struggled through extreme hardship and persevered.

6. Become a visionary: You don’t have to be a guru to have a vision of the future. All it takes is a bit of imagination and the courage to reach for something bigger than your current reality. If time and money were no object and success was guaranteed, what would you want to create for yourself, your family, or the world? Give yourself at least 30 minutes to let your thoughts dig into this one. How does this vision of the future relate to your life today?

7. Identify the milestones: Set concrete goals for yourself that can be broken down into measurable pieces or milestones. If you want to lose 20 pounds, each 5-pound increment is the next milestone you should aim for and celebrate. Instead of shooting for a distant peak, it’s much more encouraging to set your sights on the corner at the end of the block.

8. Say it with pictures: Research says that 89% of what we learn is visual, 10% is auditory, and 1% comes through our other senses. Draw, photograph, or assemble a collage that represents your aim in life. Hang it on the wall or download it to your computer desktop as a reminder of what you’re working towards.

9. Play: If you feel like you’re toiling, take a break and interject some fun. Do something ridiculous. If you can’t think of anything, spend an hour or two watching 4-year olds play. Learn to enjoy the journey even more than the destination.

10. Ride the wave of change - don’t run from it: Like death and taxes, change is inevitable. However, resistance to change is common and causes untold amounts of struggle. Become a master evolutionist—respond to change eagerly and rapidly.

We all need a push once in a while. Choose instead to latch onto inspiration as a force that pulls you forward and you’ll discover that success can be effortless.

How To Promote Your Business By Speaking In Public

123
Posted by admin November 02, 2008
Categories: Self Help and Motivational

As an entrepreneur, public speaking has to be one of the most effective ways of marketing yourself. There are countless opportunities out there for you to get yourself in front of your target market. There is no better way to have a captive audience full of prospects. It is the fastest way of establishing yourself as an expert.

You don’t have to be a professional speaker to speak in public. Just doing a reasonable job is better than not doing anything at all.

Prospects are much more likely to engage your services if they’ve seen you speak. Let’s look at the following example. Say you were looking for an accountant. Would you be more inclined to trust someone you had found in the Yellow Pages, or someone you had heard speak knowledgeably at the local Chamber of Commerce?

Look into opportunities in your local area where you can offer to speak for free. Professional associations, networking groups, Chambers of Commerce, educational bodies and Rotary Clubs are all potential public speaking venues. They often look out for speakers for their events, meetings and workshops. Visit Speaker for more information

Also research the audience that is going to be at your talk. For example, what industries are they likely to represent? Are they from large or small companies? What would interest them? What angle should your presentation take?

When it comes to finalizing your speech topic, be sure to make it sound enticing and interesting. People often decide whether to attend a talk based on just the title so put some serious thought into this.

Practice is key to coming across in a professional manner and reducing nerves. Write your speech out in full, but never read it verbatim. Have an outline prepared and available for you to refer to.

Check with the event organizer how long you have for your talk. Include timing in your practice runs. There is nothing worse than having a speaker run over time.

Get the most mileage out of your presentation by having some promotional material at the back of the room, for example some business cards, flyers or brochures that people can take with them if they wish. Visit Keynote for more information

You can be even more proactive and set up a newsletter before starting to give speeches. At the end of your presentation you can encourage your audience to sign up for your newsletter in exchange for a promotional gift or free e-book. That way you have also added valuable contacts to your database.

Many entrepreneurs swear by public speaking as a way of building and maintaining a steady stream of clients for their businesses.

Make a fast list while planning out your route and be sure to plan each stop along the way so you do not have to backtrack and lose time.

8) Schedule in Some Fun Time! Make the time just for YOU. Allot some time in your week and even make an appointment for yourself and keep it, even if it’s only a leisurely 20 minute bubble bath or a 40 minute walk in the fresh spring air!

9) Make More Space: Go through your whole file system and then throw out any old unneeded files to free up space in your filing system.

10) Deal with it Only Once: Handle each letter and each piece of paper only once. Read it and file it, redirect it to somewhere else, schedule it in your day planner or toss it. Do not add it to a never-ending pile on your desk in the hope that you will get to it eventually. You WILL NOT!

11) Be your own Post-Master: Use those handy sticky notes to write errands needing to be done. Stick them to your front door or your fridge, to remind you as you are headed out. These work great!

12) Be your own Systems Engineer: You simply find there is too much time wasted every day on searching for things. Find a new procedure that works for you and your lifestyle and then apply it to absolutely everything! Use it like clockwork and you will find new time slots you never thought existed!
