		<description>Controlling cholesterol is a difficult job.  I dont have cholesterol problem but i know people who do.  What i have learned from others experiences is that controlling cholesterol requires discipline.  You need to set out rules and stick to them.  make a list of food items that are not good for your health and keep it with you.  It will come handy.  after a while you will remember them easily and wont eat high cholesterol foods by mistake</description>

		<description>My humble opinion says, chemical sugar is a no no. Microwave cooking as well. Cholesterol, if not genetic can be moderated by eating inteligently. Sugar as in cola drinks, pastries, pasta must be sparingly taken.

Eat more green, leafy vegetables(washed properly). Minimize eating out. You not only protect your health better, it is cheaper.  

I should know I am hypertensive.
